What is Resilience?

Resilience is the quality that allows some people to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever. Some of the factors that make someone resilient are a positive attitude, optimism, the ability to manage emotions and being able to see failure as an opportunity to do something differently next time.

Resilience is something that can be learned, but this is a process which is different for everyone.

You may have experienced a series of knocks or setbacks and are finding it hard to keep going, either in your personal life or career. You may feel overwhelmed, helpless, anxious or stressed and would like someone unbiased to talk to about your situation.
