How much will it cost?
Counselling/Coaching is £40 for an individual 50 minute session.  Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) is £80 for an individual 1.5-2 hour session.

How long is each counselling/coaching session and how many will I need?
Individual sessions last 50 minutes. Counselling is offered for as long as you feel you need it. Counselling/coaching session are regularly reviewed to assess how you feel you are progressing.

How long is each Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy session and how many will I need?
Individual sessions can last between 1.5 – 2 hours. EFP is offered for as long as you feel you need it. Some people have one session and feel the benefits, whilst others prefer more sessions. There are various programme to suit individuals.

How often should I come for counselling/coaching?
Usually it is helpful to come weekly at the same day and time.  Some people may need to be flexible due to their work patterns etc. and clients will be accommodated as best as possible.

How often should I come for EFP?
If you have decided you would prefer more than one session, it is usually it is helpful to come weekly at the same day and time.  Some people may need to be flexible due to their work patterns etc. and clients will be accommodated as best as possible.

When are appointments available?
Appointment times are available during weekdays, evenings and weekends. The availability of varies but you will be advised when you first call.

Where is the counselling/coaching room?
The counselling room is a quiet room within a residential setting where you won’t be disturbed.

Where is the EFP conducted?
Within a yard setting, the location will be given after a deposit taken for booking.

What if I need to cancel a session?
Please give 48 hours notice. Should you cancel giving less than 48 hours notice or fail to attend a session the full fee will be charged.
